The refurbished Acuson NX2 ultrasound machine is a low-mid range shared service console machine designed for affordability and versatility. It is a slightly lower-end version of the Acuson NX3.

The used Acuson NX2 includes advanced imaging options as a standard, allowing for great image resolution at a good price. This includes Speckle Reduction imaging, compound imaging, tissue harmonics, and auto optimization.

Other features are available as options, allowing the user to choose those that are best for their practice that provides more budget-conscious customers to keep costs down. These include Clarify Vascular Enhancement, syngo AutoOB Measurmeents, 4D imaging, Integrated Stress Echo, syngo Arterial Health, syngo Auto Left Heart, SieScape Panoramic Imaging, and full DICOM with Structured Reporting.

The NX2 can export via a wireless option, integrated CD/DVD-R, DICOM option, and USB Flash drive.
