About Brian Gill

Brian Gill has more than 20 years experience in the ultrasound industry. From sales to service to customer support, he has done everything from circuit board repair and on-site service, to networking and PACS, to training clinicians on ultrasound equipment.Through the years, Brian has trained more than 500 clinicians on more than 100 different ultrasound machines. He has serviced ultrasounds from more than 20 different brands, including hardware, software, and networking issues.Currently Brian is well known as the industry expert in evaluating ultrasounds and training users on all makes and models of ultrasound equipment.

He has unique experience in all aspects and dealing with development of new machines to training all types of users (physicians, technicians, nurses and newbies alike).In his role as Vice President of Products and Development at Providian Medical, he wears many hats:

  • Consultant to manufacturers in development of new products and improving current products.
  • On-site and over-the-phone applications training, technical support, and networking for all Providian customers.
  • Author for all ultrasound pages that feature real reviews and unique descriptions of all equipment.
  • Videographer featuring training, tips, tricks, and reviews of all things ultrasound
  • Research future improvements by speaking with physicians and technicians on how they use ultrasound, how to make ultrasound more useful, and what they’d like to see in the future.
