     No sound but you see the constant delays.

     Hi Stephen,
     Apparently it does happen on a professional video server like Wistia. We use Wistia for all our video hosting. I have tried playing this multiple times but I’m not experiencing the delays. I will try replacing the link, maybe an error occurred in their latest change. Thank you for the heads up.
