The CTS 485 is one of the most easily portable ultrasound machines out on the market. It somewhat resembles a small black and white television—if that television had a fold-up keyboard at the front and dual probe connectors on the side. But looks is where the similarity ends. The CTS 485 is rather highly developed with quite advanced technology. The CTS 485 has some powerful features, such as cineloop and a 10” high-resolution monitor. It also comes with an image communication cable so that patient data can be easily transferred to a computer. The CTS 485 automatically displays measurement results as well as automatic obstetric reports. The multi-frequency probes included make this ultrasound machine ideal for many different types of applications, including those involving the abdomen, vascular and cardiologic applications, obstetric and gynecologic applications, and any small part ultrasounds (such as those of the liver, gall bladder, or kidneys).
