The CTS-200 ultrasound machine is, at its basic level, a portable ultrasound scanner. But really, it is much more than simply that. This machine is of great quality, rivaling that of many larger and more expensive machines—but, for a fraction of the cost and size. This ultrasound machine uses a digital scan converter to process incoming signals. It is a linear based system, likely the most cost-effective one on the market. It is small, yes—the monitor screen is only about 5.5”—but, what it lacks in size it more than makes up in clarity. The CTS 200 provides images that are quite clean and crisp, even when the image is zoomed in. The CTS has a video output so that patient data can be stored. The output can either go to a computer system or to a printer, whichever is preferred. Either choice is equally simple and will work well for keeping patient data organized.
