Our repair service offers the following:

1. Experience with all ultrasound makes and models of imaging systems including:
   Acuson, Apogee, Biosound, Diasonics, GE, ATL, Hitachi, Hewlett-Packard, Medison, Mindray, Philips, Siemens, SIUI, Sonoscape, Sonosite, Toshiba, Zonare, and many more.
2. 24-hour response time for on-site service.
3. Low hourly rates.
4. Probe Testing - On site.
5. In house repair of ultrasound systems and parts with fast turnaround.

Ultrasound, CT and MRI Service Contracts:

Providian Medical's Field Service department also offers service contracts to keep your ultrasound equipment in great shape, even if you didn't buy it from us.

Each contract includes:

1. Two (2) scheduled preventative maintenance visits annually for duration of contract.
2. 24 hour response time for local on-site service.
3. All travel hours and expenses, labor hours and all parts and materials included.
4. Single and multi-year options are available.
5. Contracts available on most makes and models.
6. Different levels of service/support options available.
